1. Services We offer
- Website Design & Development
- Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
- Sales of licensed digital products like OpenCart extensions and WordPress plugins
2. Digital Products
All digital products (extensions/plugins) are delivered electronically via download links after successful payment. No physical product will be shipped.
3. Licensing
Digital products are licensed per domain and cannot be redistributed or resold without written permission.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate project requirements. Delays in approvals, payments, or feedback may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services can be structured on a milestone basis, as agreed upon in writing before the project begins. Milestone payments are due as per the mutually approved project plan.
We accept payments through multiple secure channels including
- Razorpay (for Indian and international customers)
- Wire Transfer (Bank to Bank)
- PayPal
- UPI (for domestic clients)
- Other methods as agreed in writing
Payment must be completed for each milestone before the commencement of the next phase. For digital products (like OpenCart extensions or WordPress plugins), full payment is required before download access is granted.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom-developed solutions remain the property of N2R Technologies LLP unless a written agreement states otherwise.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
