Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure satisfaction with our services and digital products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be processed.
1. Custom Services (Web & App Development)
- Project cancellation must be requested via email before development has started.
- If the project is cancelled after commencement, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
2. Digital Products (Extensions & Plugins)
- Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded unless the product is proven to be faulty and we are unable to resolve the issue.
3. Subscription-Based Services
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods after cancellation.
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
